Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

• We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.
• Express delivery (where available) takes 1–2 working days.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size/weight of your order.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within the UK.

Local Collection

• If you are local to Cowdenbeath, Fife, Scotland, you may choose free local collection at checkout.
• We will email you to arrange a suitable collection time once your order is ready.

Tracking

• Most orders are sent via DPD.
• Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delays

• Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays once your parcel has left our premises.

Damaged or Missing Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
• If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate.
